Q. I have added all the courses I want to my shopping cart. What do I do now?
A.

FinancialCampus has developed its eCommerce system with VeriSign, a leader in online commerce and security, which works specifically for our needs.
Step 1: Once you are ready to complete your transaction simply return to the shopping cart feature through the link on the top of the web site entitled "View Shopping Cart".
Step 2: Once you are in the shopping cart you will see a list of all the courses you have selected. If there is a course listed that you do not wish to purchase, simply select "remove" and it will be deleted from your shopping cart.
Step 3: Click "Purchase" and you will be brought to our purchase form. On this form there are 4 simple steps to assure that your account is properly setup for you:

  1. Do You Have an Account Already? - If you have purchased from us within the past year your account is most likely still active. If so, select "existing user", enter your username and password, and then click the retrieve account info button. If you have an active account, the form will automatically be completed with the information we have on file for you. If you do not have an account, simply continue with the next step.
  2. Review Your Order - A list of all the courses you selected and the total cost of your order will be displayed. If you have selected a combination of courses that is equal to or greater than the cost of our "All Access Membership", you will automatically be upgraded to this membership with no additional costs beyond the cost of the "All Access Membership".
  3. Provide Your Personal Information - Please provide us with accurate information which we will use to setup and maintain your account. This information is also used to process your credits with your state or designation.
  4. Provide Billing Information - This information may differ from your personal information. If it does not, simply check the "Same as Sold to" box.
  5. Click "Purchase" to proceed to our VeriSign secure area to provide your credit card information. NOTE: This area exists on the VeriSign servers and is the most reliable and secure service possible, using the latest in security and encryption to ensure that your credit card information is not vulnerable to outside persons. FinancialCampus never has access to or knowledge of your credit card number; all approvals are done automatically by our VeriSign services.

Step 4: In the secure VeriSign area you will enter your credit card information and be asked to review your billing information. If any of the information is incorrect, you must return toFinancialCampus' Purchase Form to update it. Once you click the "Submit" button, you will be asked to verify your information once again. (Note: Correct information is extremely important to this process).

Step 5: Transaction is approved. Please complete the order by clicking the "Complete Transaction" button following your transaction receipt. This button process your order with FinancialCampus, and sends out two emails:
The first email is from VeriSign and is receipt of your credit card transaction which references all you data should you seek a refund. The second email is from FinancialCampus which contains your Membership Account information with all the information you need to access and reference your FinancialCampus account.

Step 6: Your account has been set up and it is ready for immediate study. If you have questions regarding any of the various membership accounts, click here.

Q. I have more than one license and/or designation, how can I maximize my credits with the courses I chose?
A. FinancialCampus has developed a credits database that organizes courses according to the license or designation requirements they fulfill. Simply select the license or designation for which you wish to fulfill requirements and/or select your state. The list of approved courses will be presented in alphabetical order, along with the number of credit hours for each course. By clicking on the course title, you will have the opportunity to view a description of the course and/or purchase it. How do I purchase?
Q. Am I a member? How do I become a member?
A. Any person who purchases a course is considered a member. Once you purchase your courses you can access your account via the Member's Area. In addition to being a member, FinancialCampus offers various accounts in which you can maximize your Continuing Education credits with various designations. Click here to review the various memberships available.
Q. Now that I have membership that allows me to add additional courses, how do I add the courses?
A. When you purchase any of the various memberships available, a link is added to your account that appears like a course at the top of your course listings in the "My Courses" area. By selecting this link you can browse for courses the same way you have through www.financialcampus.com. Instead of purchasing the course you are simply adding it to your account and it becomes immediately available for study.
Q. How do I take my exam?
A. The best time to take your exam is immediately following your course study.

At the end of each course there is an exam notification screen. If the course offers more than one exam based upon the credits you wish to receive (Insurance, Securities, CFP, etc.) you will be asked to select the proper exam. The following information will help ensure all your credits are reported properly.

Profile Information. You will have the opportunity to review and update your profile information. It is very important this information is correct, because it is the information we use when submitting your credits to your state.

Licensing State and Designations. You will be asked to choose your licensing state, the default is your home state from your profile. This is the state that the credits will be reported to. You can also request that your credits be reported to several other designations by selecting the proper checkboxes.

Approved for Credit. This page displays whether the course you wish to get credits for is available for credits in your state, or for any designation which you may have requested to be reported on. Most likely you have already browsed for the proper approved courses for state CE and the additional designation before ordering the course, so this process may not be applicable. However, if you seek to get credits beyond your original intentions this will determine if it is possible. If it is not possible you will not be permitted to proceed to the exam.

Certificate Reporting Fee. For every designation (State CE, PACE, CFP, CPA, CPCU) you wish credits be reported on you must pay the certificate fee of $15.00. Once your exam has been passed FinancialCampus will be notified and your account will be reviewed. If you have not paid the proper fee your credits may not be reported and you may be contacted.

Once you have confirmed all the necessary information, click confirm and proceed. If you have changed any of the information in the profile, your account profile will be updated (unless the Update Profile box is unchecked - not recommended) and the approval will be updated to confirm that all the information is in order. At this point you will move on to any specific state exam procedures and monitoring requirement information based upon your licensing state.

If your state allows online exams (either with a monitor or not) you will need to print the affidavit. Note: Not all states require an affidavit. Read the information page carefully to confirm your state's requirements. If your state has no requirements you will not see this page and you will be forwarded directly to your exam.

The proper exam will then appear and you may begin your examination.

Please note: Various states require different levels of monitoring for your exam. Please follow the instructions for your state carefully. If requirements are not fulfilled your exam may be null and void.

Q. What are the differences between the Securities Exams and the Insurance Exams?
A.

FinancialCampus currently has two examination options. The FINRA Securities Training exam system and the Insurance or Professional CE exam system.

The FINRA Securities exam system is strictly for your broker dealer's FINRA Firm Element study program. It is a non-monitored twenty five question exam. If you are taking courses for your broker dealer's firm element program, take this examination.

The Insurance Exams contain from 25 to 100 questions, but each state has unique requirements for how these exams can and must be taken. Failure to follow these requirements may render your score null and void. The state requirements will be presented to you before you reach the exam.

If you take the securities exam for any other form of continuing education credit except firm element or professional development, you will not receive credit. The securities exam results may not be use to generated state specific certificates.

Q. How are my credits reported to my state? What do I need to know and/or do?
A.

Before taking your exam you will be prompted to pay a certificate processing fee. These fees will be charged for every passed exam and every designation and/or additional state you requested.

Once you have passed your exam the results will be processed by FinancialCampus and you will be given a Certificate of Completion. This Certificate of Completion is a receipt from FinancialCampus and is not the certificate that is sent to your state. It is only a receipt and it is not necessary to print it out.

FinancialCampus will send your certificate to your state along with any affidavits and monitor applications that your state may require. If required by the state, all affidavits and/or monitor's forms must be signed and mailed to FinancialCampus before credits are reported to the state.

Q. I cannot remember my username and password.
A. Enter your e-mail address in the box below and your username and password will be e-mailed to you at that email address.
